Animator/artist/cartoonist Needed for TedX Calgary! November 18, 2011
TEDx events are funky, they are about ideas and they can inspire change.

The next TEDxCalgary event is on Friday, November 18th at the Calgary Folk Music Festival’s soon to be finished building, Festival Hall. It’s all about volunteerism and specifically how we can volunteer...even better.

We’ve got great speakers, some from out of town, most from our own backyard, and we’d like to give them something unique as a way of saying thanks for being awesome and sharing that awesomeness with the rest of us.

We are hoping to give each speaker an artistic representation of their talk, whether it’s a picture of them or somehow a representation of the ideas they’re presenting. Your art would one, get you into the event to participate in a great day of community building and idea spreading and two, be appreciated forever by some really smart people who do a lot for this community and others.
