Call to Volunteers EVIL DEAD: THE MUSICAL

Hit & Myth and Pumphouse Theatre bring back the smash hit production, EVIL DEAD: THE MUSICAL to Calgary for the very last time. It promises to be the most wildly entertaining, blood splattering, campy good time you will ever have at the theatre.
Based on the popular Sam Raimi cult movie series; Evil Dead, Evil Dead 2: Dead by Dawn and Army of Darkness - EVIL DEAD: THE MUSICAL tells the familiar story; boy and four friends break into an abandoned cabin while on a weekend getaway; boy expects to get lucky; boy discovers an ancient flesh-bound book with the power to summon the demons of Candar; boy unleashes ancient evil spirit; boy turns friends into Candarian Demons; boy fights until dawn to survive.
The Pumphouse Theatre is seeking Front of House volunteers for this co-production in the following ways:
• Nightly Ushers: We are seeking 6 volunteers a night to usher. Duties include taking tickets and handing out programs. We require all ushers to arrive at 6:45pm every night for an 8:00pm show start, and stay afterwards briefly to assist in some tidy up.
• Nightly Cleanup crew: We are seeking 2 – 4 volunteers a night to assist with splatter zone clean up per night. For every three cleanup shifts completed volunteers will receive access to the show on a following show night.
If you are interested in any of these volunteer positions please contact Catie at the Pumphouse Theatre via email only boxoffice@pumphousetheatre.ca, no phone calls will be taken due to an already high call volume at the box office.
